I have completed a certificate in Integrative Creative Supervision, which uses the CRAFTS framework.
Approaching and offering supervision in this way fits completely with the way that I process my work personally. As a deeply reflective practitioner I find that working things out in a very visual or metaphorical way can be helpful and enlightening.
Naturally, I experience supervision from both sides and so I’m aware that supervision can feel sometimes feel daunting and can be quite a vulnerable place to be, and simultaneously be incredibly supportive and empowering.
I believe that supervision should be a collaborative way of exploring how you work with, and view, your client relationships, your practice, and your own process.
I feel I offer a warm, supportive approach. I think it’s important that supervisees feel heard and understood, but to me supervision is also a place to grow and be gently challenged.
I am a person-centred, BACP accredited counsellor who works in a creative, expressive way. I work in Private Practice from an office in Glasgow City centre and can offer sessions, in person or online.
I have a PG Dip in Psychotherapy, Counselling, and Psychological Well-being. I have also completed training around creative counselling with APCCA, Creative Connections Cumbria, and the Creative Counsellors Community for whom I am an Ambassador and I facilitate monthly online peer support groups.
I look forward to hearing from you.
